with the Memorial include:

A memorial management committee will be
appointed to ensure the protection and maintenance of the
memorial and the control of plaques and repository of ashes
.
A Procedures Manual will be written containing details of
how to apply for a plaque to be erected, and the form of
these plaques. Similarly, the application procedure to
reposit ashes and the form of service will be contained in
this Manual. A minimal cost will apply to pay for plaques
and contribute towards the upkeep of the memorial.
